The following terms describe how Owala manages purchases and customer requests.

Address and delivery concerns

Reach our support team as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch. If tracking is delayed or an order appears lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, send us the order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier. Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees.

United States delivery

Owala ships to addresses within the United States. Standard Shipping is free for US orders.

Processing, transit, and tracking

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard transit generally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and United States federal holidays are not business days. Tracking information is sent to the email used for the order after the carrier accepts the parcel.
